An intermediate version of BEATX Lite. This is an intense cardio workout, with more advanced moves and transitions. Move to the tempo and sweat like you never have before!

An intermediate version of BBOUNCE Lite. This is an intense cardio workout, aimed at working every single muscle and cell in your body. Sweat like you never have before! This class is a total body workout involving resistance bands, mat work and muscle-endurance training. Feel good, feel the rush!

This class is modelled after the ideology of combining different workouts into one single class incorporating the use of a rebounder.  This class is the ultimate sweat machine and even professional athletes love it! BEATX CORE*

Contrary to popular belief, core muscles are not only the abdominals or “6-pack” muscles. It also includes the deep muscles all around our torso and pelvis. A strong core improves your athletic performance and prevents injuries even in our daily life. Join our BEATX Core class to get a total body conditioning with a focus on core activation, stability and control.

BATTLEGROUND – TRIFACTOR

Our signature Battleground class at BEATX. It’s a full body challenge not for the faint of heart. Do you dare to battle?

BATTLEGROUND – WOBBLY

Focusing on the lower body, Wobbly targets all the muscles in the hips, butt and legs. Combining these targeted exercises with treadmill work will get you walking out like a super model.

BATTLEGROUND – ROCKSTAR

The road to stardom is filled with ups and downs, but you’ll conquer them all in this ascending and descending pyramid-style workout. You’ll feel like a star after this fun and effective routine!

BATTLEGROUND – CAN’T BRUSH MY TEETH

Leaving the house without fixing your hair or brushing your teeth becomes justified after this workout. With the focus being the upper body, your arms won’t feel like yours anymore!

BATTLEGROUND – 1500

Will you last? In 1500, we’ll push your mindset and stretch your limits in this endurance workout. Muscular endurance is the game here, with longer work sets and less rest.

BATTLEGROUND – RIDEOUT

It’s going to be one hell of a ride! A hard-hitting session that will boost your aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels. Hang on tight for short, intense sets coupled with sprints on the bike.

BATTLEGROUND – KNOCKOUT

It’s gonna be a fierce fight for fitness in the Knockout edition of Battleground. With boxing, running and weights, it’s the only time getting K.O.ed makes you feel like a winner!

BATTLEGROUND – RAPID

You won’t even know what hit you in our all new Battleground: Rapid. Featuring short but powerful bursts of weighted explosive moves, this workout will take you on the fast track to fitness!

BATTLEGROUND – RUSH HOUR

A condensed version of our Battleground classes, crafted for the hustling urbanite. It’s a hit and run!

Punch and weave to the tempo in this fast-paced class. Power, speed and intensity is the name of the game. Improve your endurance and hand-eye coordination as you float like a butterfly and sting like a bee!

BATTLEBOX

Combines boxing, cardio and strength training for a total HIIT workout. Includes body weight exercises, shadowboxing and aquabag work with intense training intervals. Condition your entire body and punch away your stress as you build that lean physique.

COLOUR RIDE FOUNDATION
Available for first timers

This class will equip you with the necessary knowledge for indoor cycling. Learn how to set up your bike and how the colour zones work. Colour Rides will be customised to match each individual’s current level of fitness. Once you’re done with set up, we’ll ride the rainbow as one! Don’t forget your towel and bottle because you’ll definitely need it!

COLOUR RIDE
Participants must attend a Colour Ride Foundation class first before joining this class

Indoor cycling takes on a whole new experience with colour and music! As one team, you will tackle the ups and downs of the ride. Get ready to race to your limits and burn lots of calories in this class. With varying speeds, resistance and tempo, no two rides are ever the same!

BORN TO RIDE
Available for first timers

Cycle, move and groove as one with the beat. It’ll be a ride to remember, enough said!

BEATX FLEX

For those who want to get stronger, this is the class for you! A total body strength class with heavier weights and music. The focus of the class is on hypertrophy and muscle-engagement, so be prepared to wake up sore!
