Our signature rebounding class. Jump your way to fun and fitness on our trampoline. No dance skills required. Workout to the latest club music and get ready to sweat. Perfect to boost your energy and get you moving your entire body.

An intermediate version of BBOUNCE Lite. This is an intense cardio workout, aimed at working every single muscle and cell in your body. Sweat like you have never sweat before! This class is a total body workout involving resistance bands, mat work and muscle-endurance training. Feel good, feel the rush!

BATTLEGROUND – Level 1*

Designed by professional and olympic athletes: Join our functional circuit fitness class as you endure 50 minutes of different innovative and intense exercises. We will push you from head to toe through a series of cardio, high intensity and strength exercises.
