Class overview

The Class

Hybrid Training (takes place in Battleground): Our signature class that blends various workout philosophies to maximize training techniques, allowing you to do and achieve more in a session. It is usually circuit style, and expect HIIT training, body weight exercises, obstacle races, treadmills and more. No two classes are the same, and all workouts are designed to revv up your metabolic rate and build muscles fast. We keep things fresh to keep it interesting and make sure your body doesn’t plateau! Each class attendance is limited to keep a boutique class culture.

This class has progressive levels, it is created for the beginner to the advanced fitness practitioner. So regardless of your fitness level, you can participate.
